These Guidelines apply wherever LeanMindset allows users, coaches, or other participants to post, message, comment, share, review, upload, or otherwise interact. If a feature is not yet available, the corresponding rule can remain as future-facing policy or be removed before publication.
1. Our Community Standard
LeanMindset is designed to support sustainable wellness, fitness, nutrition, and habit-building. We want interactions to be respectful, encouraging, evidence-aware, and safe. These Community Guidelines form part of the LeanMindset Terms & Conditions.
2. Be Respectful
Treat other users, coaches, staff, and contributors with respect.
Do not bully, harass, threaten, intimidate, shame, humiliate, stalk, or repeatedly contact someone who has asked you to stop.
Do not attack people based on protected characteristics or use hateful or dehumanizing language.
Do not engage in sexual harassment, unwanted sexual content, or exploitative behavior.
Disagreement is allowed; personal abuse and targeted hostility are not.
3. Body Image, Weight and Eating-Safety Rules
Because LeanMindset relates to weight management and fitness, we apply additional safeguards to content that could encourage harmful behavior.
Do not glorify or encourage eating disorders, starvation, purging, misuse of laxatives or diuretics, or other dangerous weight-control practices.
Do not promote extreme calorie restriction, unsafe fasting, deliberate dehydration, or exercise intended to punish food consumption.
Do not shame users based on body size, weight, appearance, disability, fitness level, or progress.
Do not pressure another person to reach an unsafe weight or appearance goal.
Do not post transformation claims that are deceptive, manipulated, or presented as guaranteed outcomes.
Do not encourage users to ignore medical restrictions or professional medical advice.
4. Health and Medical Misinformation
Do not claim to diagnose, cure, or treat a medical condition unless you are lawfully authorized and the feature expressly permits regulated professional services.
Do not present unverified remedies, dangerous supplements, illegal substances, or unsafe practices as medically proven.
Do not tell users to discontinue prescribed medication or treatment.
Do not impersonate a doctor, dietitian, therapist, trainer, coach, or other professional or misrepresent qualifications.
Personal experiences may be shared as personal experiences, but they must not be represented as guaranteed medical outcomes.
5. Exercise and Physical Safety
Do not encourage dangerous stunts, reckless exercise, deliberate injury, or training clearly beyond a person’s stated ability or medical limitations.
Coaches and users should encourage appropriate progression, recovery, hydration, and attention to warning symptoms.
Do not use LeanMindset to pressure someone into an activity they have said is painful, unsafe, or medically restricted.
6. No Self-Harm or Suicide Encouragement
Content that encourages, instructs, celebrates, or coordinates self-harm or suicide is prohibited. We may remove content and take protective action where we believe there is a serious safety concern. LeanMindset is not an emergency or crisis service.
7. No Illegal, Dangerous or Regulated Goods Activity
Do not use LeanMindset to sell or distribute illegal drugs, controlled substances, counterfeit medication, or dangerous products.
Do not facilitate violence, criminal activity, trafficking, exploitation, fraud, or other unlawful conduct.
Do not provide instructions intended to help someone evade law enforcement or safety controls.
8. Privacy and Personal Information
Do not post another person’s private information without authorization.
Do not share private messages, medical details, contact information, addresses, financial information, identification documents, or intimate images of another person without lawful permission.
Do not attempt to obtain passwords, verification codes, financial credentials, or sensitive information through deception.
Respect requests to keep coaching or personal discussions confidential, subject to safety and legal obligations.
9. Authenticity, Fraud and Impersonation
Use truthful account information and do not impersonate another person, organization, coach, clinician, or VERIXLABS employee.
Do not manipulate reviews, engagement, progress records, challenges, referrals, or rewards.
Do not post scams, phishing, pyramid schemes, fraudulent services, or deceptive promotions.
Disclose material commercial relationships when promoting a product or service where required by law.
10. Sexual Content and Exploitation
Do not post sexual content that is exploitative, non-consensual, harassing, or inappropriate for a wellness community. Any sexual content involving minors is strictly prohibited and may be reported to appropriate authorities where required.
11. Spam and Unsolicited Promotion
Do not use LeanMindset primarily to advertise unrelated products, mass-message users, recruit into unrelated businesses, or repeatedly send unwanted promotional content. Coaches may describe services that are legitimately part of LeanMindset only in accordance with platform rules.
12. Intellectual Property
Post only content that you own or have permission to use. Do not upload copyrighted workout programs, books, paid meal plans, videos, trademarks, photographs, or other protected material without authorization. We may remove content in response to valid intellectual-property complaints.
13. Coach and Expert Conduct
If LeanMindset provides coaches or experts, they must act within the scope of their stated role and qualifications. Coaches must not exploit users, make guaranteed outcome claims, engage in discriminatory conduct, request inappropriate payments outside approved channels, or misrepresent credentials. They should escalate medical questions outside their scope and maintain professional boundaries.
14. Reviews, Ratings and Feedback
Reviews and feedback should reflect genuine experiences. Do not offer or accept compensation for misleading reviews, threaten users over ratings, coordinate fake reviews, or manipulate review systems.
15. Reporting and Blocking
Where social or user-to-user features are available, LeanMindset may provide tools to report content or users and to block unwanted interactions. Users should use these tools for genuine safety or policy concerns. Knowingly false or abusive reporting may itself violate these Guidelines.
16. Moderation and Enforcement
VERIXLABS may review reports, automated signals, or content where permitted by law and necessary to operate the Service. Depending on severity, context, history, and risk, actions may include:
Warning or educational notice.
Removal or restriction of content.
Temporary feature restriction or account suspension.
Removal from a coaching or community program.
Permanent account termination.
Referral to app-store providers, payment providers, regulators, or law enforcement where required or appropriate.
We may act immediately where there is a credible risk of harm, exploitation, fraud, security abuse, or serious legal violation. Enforcement decisions may consider context and are not required to be identical in every situation.
17. Appeals
Where feasible, a user whose content or account is restricted may contact hello@leanmindset.app to request review. We may deny repeated or abusive appeals. Certain safety, fraud, security, or legal actions may not be eligible for appeal.
18. Emergencies and Immediate Safety
LeanMindset is not monitored as an emergency service. If you believe someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or an appropriate qualified professional. Do not rely on a community report as the only response to an emergency.
19. Changes to These Guidelines
We may update these Guidelines as LeanMindset develops new community, coaching, messaging, social, or content features. Material changes may be communicated through the app, website, or other appropriate means. The latest version will show its effective date.
20. Contact
To report a community or safety concern, use the in-app reporting tools where available or contact VERIXLABS at hello@leanmindset.app. For legal notices, use hello@leanmindset.app.
Publication Notes - Remove Before Going Live
If LeanMindset has no user-to-user posting or messaging, keep only rules that apply to coach/support interactions and remove irrelevant social-feature wording.
Confirm that report/block tools described here actually exist before publishing them as available.
Insert monitored safety/support and legal contact details.
Document an internal moderation escalation process and response ownership.
Align these Guidelines with the Terms, Privacy Policy, coach agreements, and actual in-app enforcement behavior.
